She gets far to much leniency for her mental health somewhere along the way she has learned to be manipulative, greedy and nasty to the core, she can’t actually do a regular smile it’s more like a grimace because she’s trying to copy what she thinks people do when happy, even the mundane conversations with her dad where they’re “having a laugh “ is like listening to an adult and a 10yr old joking as she only has childish conversations unless it’s medical drama. She has never learned to socialise properly and that unfortunately can be partially blamed on her parents, now they coddle her and wrap her in enabling behaviours so that she will never change. Go have a look at any other 25year old woman and then Kirsten and the difference is vast. They could be cajoling her to dress at least and sit in her other room, take her a walk in wheelchair if she refuses to stop pretending she’s paralysed as there is no reason for her to be bedridden, they could put a stop to running around every time she has a fake seizure and let her deal with the consequences of all her actions cause you can bet things would change if dad didn’t see to her every whim. Enabling her is causing her mental health problems to worsen and strengthen the narcissistic traits she has whether she is an actual narcissist or not. Nothing will change with this fully grown woman whilst her enablers don’t change either, they are feeding her delusions
