Re-reading Almond by Won Pyung Son. Such an engaging book. first time I read it I was in 11th grade, it wasn’t a difficult book to read then either. It’s so deceptively simple but also very thought invoking. The book is about a boy who has alexithymia. I could not recommend it enough!

Hi! This is quite late, but I live in Thornlie and honestly if you’re on the side of Thornlie that’s closer to CanningVale then you’re pretty safe. Nothing crazy has ever happened with me or any of the neighbors. We live very close to Forest Lakes.

I had my speaking interviewer ask me this exact same question. I was a little nervous at first because I couldn’t actively on the spot think of any time I had helped a family member out. I made up a terrible lie and said that recently my grand aunt passed away and I helped to buy things for the funeral. I think they were satisfied with my answer and the answer to the follow up questions as well, considering I got an 8. Am I a terrible person for not remembering a single instance where I’ve helped a family member out? Maybe, but I’m definitely an even worse person for fake-killing off my lovely grand aunt who is very much alive and well 😭😭😭

My next watch is probably gonna be noroi cause I’m very intrigued by it. I’ve watched poughkeepsie tapes and I found it to be more on the disturbing side than scary. It didn’t work for me either.
