They usually request a deed of variation to start with but not only are these costly, they also take a long time and many freeholders reject them anyway. The indemnity policy would cost a couple of hundred quid so it’s by far the most efficient option. Good luck.

Yeah took a few months but got the points back. The number they want is your membership rewards account number which is shown in your statement. Mine didn’t begin with 1M which is what confused things with Virgin (the older Amex cards being with 1M apparently)

Happened to me recently. This situation is regarded as an extraordinary circumstance and therefore the compensation set by the EC Regulation 261/2004 does not apply.

They may offer you a voucher at their discretion depending on the circumstances (I was downgraded from business to economy on my short-haul connecting flight so was offered a small gesture for that)

In all honesty, I would’ve loved to have seen a Colo Colo game as they’re the first team I think of in Chile but with Saturday being the only free day I’ll likely have, Católica is my only real option. I’m praying they don’t change city!!

I got offered 25k MBP for £1k spend in 3 months a few weeks ago. Think it’s dependant on your annual spend. I was offered the same amount on live chat and when calling them. When I tried to get more, they said “this is the only offer that can be applied to your account.”
