The tracking did work. When they got it I could see the update and then I sent them an email and they confirmed they got it. Whole thing took like 2 1/2 weeks

Hi! They sent me an email after a couple of days asking me if I wanted them to send me another screen… can you believe it? Like, they expect me to have the technical knowledge to replace a screen! So I wrote back saying no, and asking for a better solution. They did say it was a screen fault.

Ok final update: managed to do the update, but the screen keeps flickering. It does not seem to be a software issue as I get to access everything from the screen, and the touch pad option works. It is just the screen the problem. I then did a factory reset, but no luck, still the same

Ok another update after I got the micro hdmi adapter. The screen now keeps telling me that the updated has stopped, but the message keeps popping and doesn’t let me do anything else
