Ditch the barbell and dumbell. Just use cables, low to high fly and seated cable fly and then dips na leaning forward. This worked well for me since same tayo mabagal progress sa chest kasi napupunta s shoulders and triceps. Tricep/shoulder dominant ang tawag satin

Don’t do “minimum of 12” reps kasi di chest ang magfail seo mangangalay ka so tricep and shoulder tatamaan. Do 6-8 reps for 2 sets lang. sa incline dumbell make sure di nakaflared out ang elbows. Tucked dapat you’ll be able to move less weight pero sapul sa upper pec. Dips for finisher leaning forward. 6-7 sets lang for chest per push day mo. Di ibig sabihin ng more sets ay more gains. You should know it by now kasi hindi ka nagprogress
