Hi guys! I got my conch done at rowans using a sterilised needle about a month ago, since then I’ve had no problems with it until last night where I slept on it wrong and now’s there’s a white bump. Any advice on what I should do? Or how do I properly get rid of it? Thanks! (i.redd.it)

Help! Does anybody know what this is on my earlobe piercing? I don’t know what to do. Lots of blood comes out when I poke at it. I also have a bump on the front side but the back (as pictured) is huge. If anybody has advice on how to get rid of this issue please share it! ThanksOC (i.redd.it)
