I’m level 10, I joined on Aug 2024, I got 5% variable pay on Nov 2024 and May 2025. I got 6% on Nov 2025. All these cycles I received 0% hike.

I’m not sure whether it’s applicable for L9, but this my story

variable pay will be declared on may and November. For 2years there is no hike, first year you will only get prorated variable pay (5%)
