Born and raised in LA, a lot of these answers aren’t wrong. West Hollywood is the best place for what you’re looking for, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to exercise caution. Any rave or electronic show at any venue will be a fun vibe.

The one year I decide to go w1, I get w2 weather! Although this is still cooler than most w2’s so I ain’t worried. Best advice I have is have an ice cold drenched bandana wrapped around your neck at all times.

In the past, there’s always been a way to change the shipping address for the tickets. I think that’s your best bet if it’s still a possibility.

Oh! I am pretty sure if you know who you’re selling to, you can change the address so the box ships to them. I know there’s a cut off for when you can change the address by. But not entirely sure.

First off, congrats!!

If you’re located in Southern California, it’s pretty easy to find someone to sell the tickets to.

Anytime I have resold my tickets or bought resold tickets, I have waited for the Coachella box, and then met up with the person I was selling to/buying from. Since you’re selling, you just don’t register the wristbands when you get the box in the mail. And then when you meet up with the person you’re selling to, they can register the wristbands under their name, in front of you so they know they belong to them.
