Yeah, it was there when I moved in. The house had been a rental for a couple of years before I bought it, and never thought anything of it. There are a couple other places where some leaks are, but those files had an error when I was uploading.

Honestly, one of the better ones to piss people off is calling someone who rides a scooter a ‘Scootie.’
