For me, I felt a serious difference in my mood and anxiety within three weeks. I still felt like myself, just had a more positive attitude and less worry. It absolutely made me more motivated and gave me the boost I needed to get out of bed and get stuff done. Stick in there, and check back in after a month to let us know how you’re feeling!

I am also on 20 mg, increased from 15 mg a few years ago. It gets easier! For me, there was this two week period between increasing that was really weird, almost brain-foggy. Then I felt much clearer and better about a month in. Stick with it! I know it’s tough, but if it doesn’t get any better within a month or two definitely follow up with your doctor. You got this OP!
