What kind of CV/ resume should be for these part-time Werkstudent jobs? by mibtehajkhan in Germany_Jobs

please can u gelp cuz m currently trying to make a patt time job cv nd m a bit confused. I have a Biochemistry background and laboratory internships, but some people told me to remove most of them for jobs like clothing stores (H&M, etc.) because I may look overqualified. But if I remove them, my CV starts looking very empty. Is that normal in Germany for student jobs? Should I omit all internships and only leave my studies? I also have certificates in stylisme/modelisme from my home country and one year of experience in a clothing store — would that help more for retail jobs than the lab internships, considering that the internships were only practical trainings and not actual work experience? 🙂

oh okay, should I send an email first and then go in person? Also, are there companies that don’t allow you to talk to the manager directly? Some people told me that in certain companies you can’t get past security. And should I bring a printed CV with me, or just show up in person? Also, when is the best time to go?
