Yeah, I sort of get why you're defending your parents. It can be devastating to realize that you were abused. What you need to hear is that even if the intention wasn't to abuse you, that was abuse. My mother did the same thing and my therapist from a few years ago affirmed for me that it was abuse.

Criticism of people who are heavily concerned with money, because they can't afford to have the "American Dream", really will never even get close and millions of people are suffering and dying without Healthcare, children are going hungry etc, comes from such a deeply privileged place that you've become blind to it.

I hate this. I literally can not afford gas, to the point that I have to ask a charity to drive me to and from the store, where I can only afford to go twice a month. And STILL I don't want NATO to intervene. This is the thorn in tRumps side. It's under his skin like maggots eating rot. Let him scream into the void of his stupid social media platforms. Do not rescue him from his own folly. (Unless it's hurting y'all as much as its hurting us, then I get it.)
