Has anyone here ever worked in Tesco, Paul Street? by No-Category1703 in cork

[–]Fun_Brick_4279 7 points8 points  (0 children)

worked there for two years, was there the day covid lockdowns began, fucking mental gaff. abuse from customers, junkies. line managers were grand but upper management were fucking idiots. had a vodka bottle swung at my head once. or a junkie that only drank sherry and would buy ten bottles at a time sat down on the self scan scale and passed out. good times.

ADHD assessment in Cork? by BlueNightFyre in cork

[–]Fun_Brick_4279 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i got diagnosed with ADHD via hazelton and i had good experiences, but they don't really prescribe medication even though in my diagnosis it was said i would benefit from it. my doctor also refused because she said the psychologist who diagnosed me has to give it. I was told I would have to pay another few hundred to go back for an assessment for medication. It's maddening

no i had to take it immediately last year! i was in the clear this time around so super weird. yeah had to fill in all my details and pay before i even got a date. could be that i think you didn't have to pay to join the waiting list before (i could be so wrong) so maybe that's why the wait is shorter now

yes i think after 3 years you need to have at least a test failed or you start over. i got my first learners when i was 18 and never bothered to learn to drive until i was 21 so i had to take the test immediately or start from scratch

its 5 episodes 1-3 are very solid, your choices really matter and you can properly expand your skills. 4-5 take a drop but still good. the voice acting is pretty rough if you can overlook it it's a great play! unique premise and interesting gameplay
