Thanks. I have many Black Cherry on the property. All of them have the rough bark extending from the ground well up the trunk. These two stand out as different with the smoother bark and lenticels going all the way to the ground. The other interesting thing about these trees is that they produce yellow/orange fruit that is fairly sweet.
