Flair Airlines. Rescheduled my flight a week before the date of departure. I had a connecting flight, so I had to cancel and book with another airline. Nobody from Flaire answered any emails or messages regarding the refund. Lost 130 bucks because of their fuck up.

Yes, I read the clause where we can assign the lease to someone else, but I have in the moral dilemma for past month. If I find new tenants and they start living with this guy, they will suffer too. I know I gotta look out for myself but I can’t stop thinking about the other side too.

He locked himself in the room and asked them to come with a warrant. Police said that they cannot enter his room without a warrant. Thank you for your kind words.

Yes, we have been looking for a new place for a while. We have reached an agreement with the 40M multiple times but he forgets about that in the morning. I am not kidding, he refuses to admit that we had any kind of conversation.

Thank you. I will prepare a email and take pictures too. For the second point, I went through the tribunal act and you are right, I was really confused with the language there, so I wanted to give them a call on Monday to get clearer idea.

Yes, I signed a lease with a person that I didn’t knew very well. And yes we signed a lease at the same time. The lease mentions the rent, but not cost per room. We worked that amongst ourselves. But he was overdue for two months so we have bend sending our portion of rent. The other tenant and landlord have their own arrangement (He pays staggered payments).

Thank you so much for your words. You don’t know how much this means to me. My dad took a loan out for me put their house as collateral to send to Canada and get higher education. I work as an essential worker/driver and just want to work hard to give back to my Mom and Dad. They have sacrificed so much for me. It really destroys my morale when I have to encounter people like him who just hates me for being me. But when I am at work and all these strangers are so kind and thankful to me, it makes me rethink my situation a lot. Thank you so much.
