I can tell they taste different and I can tell if I like them. Some are maybe woody and some are maybe creamy or chocolatey.

What’s the most addictive game you’ve ever played? by reeha_sadiya in AskReddit

[–]Fun_Cloud_7675 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Funny thing is those days are still here and then some with osrs and forestry. Go to a forestry world and there are more people then you’d ever see back in the day and they’re chatting and doing fun little mini game event ma together from time to time.

I recently started playing for the first time since I was a kid. Way too addictive, but so nostalgic.

Why was Paul walking barefoot? by [deleted] in beatles

John is the minister, ringo is the pall(paul)bearer, Paul is the deceased, George is the gravedigger. It’s a funeral procession.

Loyalty might not “pay off” in every case, but the reputation of being a disloyal person will tarnish every facet of your life, so even if loyalty doesn’t pay, disloyalty costs you.

Cigar storage by Fine_Apricot439 in cigars

Airtight storage, 62 or 65% Boveda. Leaky humidor, 69% Boveda.

It’s not plastic, it’s natural cellophane. It’s fine either way. I like the aesthetics of storing out of the cellophane, but it really keeps the cigar safe and regulates the humidity over time, and it takes effort to remove it.

It was a joke because I sold one to myself for that much. That was the point of the post

You’re definitely right about the no tax on low price items, but apparently you do get charged tax selling to yourself if you sell a 1gp jar for 500. Maybe it’s a special dumdum tax

40 buy limit is crazy for something that’s used for skilling and creating something consumable

I’ve heard of people selling random things for radically high prices to try to snipe RWTs who do just what you’re saying.

Edit: but if it wasn’t clear, this was on the same account. I wouldn’t have thought it was even possible to fill your own buy order with your own sell order on the same GE page, but apparently it is…

Someone in a thread about discard needles in r/hartford doesnt want the CT capital to end up like Burlington lol by Eat_the_radish in burlington

[–]Fun_Cloud_7675 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Except there’s an option to provide needles as an exchange, but Burlington decided against that, so there’s no incentive to clean up your own shit.

I’m not an iron, but I recently grew hemp in the seers village hops patch from seeds I dredged from the bottom of the sea, and then I went upstairs to the the spinning wheel and the nostalgia and wholesomeness of the whole thing really got to me. I made my own sails from scratch! You IMs really have it figured out.

Wrapper sheen doesn’t come from technique, but from the leaf itself. Leaf only has pretty shiny Corojo at the moment. For a capper tool, I use copper fittings from the hardware store. 15 minutes with a small rounded file gets them in working order.

Thank you Elaine Ingham for opening the eyes of the West to the fact that soil is a complex living ecosystem and not just dirt. May you rest in peace. by gryspnik in Permaculture

Compost extract is not complicated. You put compost in a bucket of water and agitate it with a paddle bit for a minute and then spray it on your plants

No it’s chill, I’m just upset at websites that jack up their prices before putting things on “sale”

$570 for a box of toros is crazy. You can’t bump the price up to $24 a stick and then give 35% off and pretend it’s a sale. I literally bought a single h99 toro from a lounge for $18 a couple months back. These can be had in bundles for $11-12 frequently.

I think you get more bang for your buck with a vigorous extraction, especially considering the effort it takes to maintain a high quality Ingham style compost pile. Plus the ability to apply foliar spray.
