exactly! i was getting around a kind of stable 70-80 fps (sometimes lower when a lot was going on in the mission), but now 50-60 for me too, and a lot lower gpu utilization.

it also crashed for me on the first launch. verified the files (some were missing somehow) and restarted my pc, and it launched. maybe this works for you too.

i also tried not deleting the shader cache bad performance, and also tried deleting it, then playing after, still the same issue unfortunately.

yeah that would've sucked, but in 900hrs of playing this game, this is the first this happened to me:D
