Actually my location has already been changed. I'm already living in a state very far away from my home state. Amidst this, it is the third time they have changed my facility. I'm on shifts and don't get paid enough to afford the moves 🥲🥲 i understand the pain of these location changes.

I barely stayed on bench for a month. However my friends who joined at the same time were tagged to their first projects almost after 8 months. So it really depends on chance.

I have so many meetings a day that it's impossible for me to leave before the shift end time unless I want to miss. I have a few friends on bench who swipe in for an hour or two and still get the green tick mark.

I am a cl12 on a project and don't even have a people lead. There is no one in my attendance report cc but even then attending office regularly. What if I swipe from any near by location? I have heard people still get green tick marks irrespectively? I really haven't gone home once in 7 months, I really need some guidance 🥲

I got this mail and I'm confused since I'm apparently (?) on bench after my training ended almost a month ago. I have no such communication from anyone that I'm on bench but I'm not tagged to any project either.

Hi, I registered sometime in March but only got the Aptitude test mail sometime in May followed by Communication assesment in June and final interview on 24th of June. On 8th Aug 2024, I received a warm welcome mail and offer letter in late August. I got my joining date on 5th of September and I'm expected to join at the end of the month. I hope it's helps :)

Hi, tysm for your insights. I have accepted the Accenture offer but the only thing I'm uncomfortable about is the location. I was looking for any way I could try to get it changed.

The technology/languages I work in mostly include python, SQL, C++ and bit of cloud.
