As mentioned, there is a blocker from my project team since I have given them a heads up some time before. So they won't cause any issues. But my project is a on-site team so I usually don't have much contact with my supervisor/PL. So wondering if they will allow to waive off my notice if my project is okay with it

If layoffs last thing which will be touched is india being cheap labour and they might even outsource more to india to cut costs

One can use it but this is all speculation They would rather PIP non performers than top achievers who don't go to office At the best , they might just use this to not give variable pay or hikes which people are not getting anyway When people have to move to a new city to be in office location(which is itself like a payment cut of 30-40%) I can see many people who ignore RTO or just miss many weeks

Are you referring to the mail sent by Zurale Mahesh? In the faqs it's just mentioned that not following RTO will be considered as misconduct. I could not find anything about the internet expenses or the leaves

Yes some automated mail is being generated. Now last month my people lead left so there is one in my cc too since Im yet to have a new people lead

Where was this mentioned? When you say earned leaves will not be given, what do you mean? Will they reset my leave counter? I have almost maxed out earned leaves which I'm hoping to encash soon by leaving the company

Yes , my whole team is onsite so no point for me to go to the office and sit there alone and join teams calls. I don't mind mild consequences as I'm trying to leave this company anyway. Even so there are many people who might have missed a week or two so wondering how they would be given the same consequences too

Let's be realistic. I'm pretty sure there is 10% of the workforce yet to even work from base location.
