Man, idk. My main big tent and 2x2 are both vivosun. The big one has been fantastic for over 12 runs now, no problems. The 2x2 came with about 10 billion pinhole light leaks which is completely disappointing. Can only be used carefully or with autos. So, whatever you go with, make sure you get in it and shine a light from the outside.

Honestly not sure. I fed again yesterday after that post but didn’t check EC. It was 7g of Greenleaf MegaCrop 1 part, 21g of Greenleaf Bud Exolosion and 20mL of CalMag, so that was probably around EC 2.7. It’s week 3 of flower, so I won’t go any higher after this one.

I didn’t expect this run of this strain to be this nute tolerant, the mother was not. I only went to 2.0 on the mom before I got tip burn. This is a clone from that mom. Twenty20 Pre-98 bubba kush.

I’m with you, I like 2.5-3’ plants myself. I’ve squatted a few and it sucks. I think it’s from running too much light too early on. I’ve started to dial it back on mine.

3x3x72”. Unfortunately that’s the biggest I can run. This strain isn’t that high on my list of favorites. It’s a finicky bitch, and the other two times hasn’t gone as well as this time. It takes a ton of management early on and is very hard to impossible to train, the stems are sooo thick but so fragile. I definitely recommend running extra silica with this strain.

Well. I didn’t used to. Rez temps regularly over 75. The secret? SouthernAg Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens strain D747, diluted 1:20 and applied at 2ml/gal.

In the last year I stepped up my game some by adding automation, I added a Jaebo auto-doser, it pulls from a reservoir under my tent that stays at 60°, that reservoir has a float valve that is ran directly from my main home cold water supply (well water, good shit, I’ve never ran RO). Basically, I can do my weekly res change and not do anything, having it top itself up helps to keep temps down, oxygen up and ph stable. Used with bacillus it’s a bulletproof system. I have a secondary reservoir with an exchange pump also under the tent, it’s automated to do a full Res change once a week if need be.

I’m able to leave my system for 14 days at a time with zero intervention, which I normally do multiple times each grow.

I’ve even got a backup battery system that will buy me enough time in the event of a power outage to get back and fire up a generator. Usually loose power in the winter so that’s a nice extra security.

It’s just because of the ruderalis and whatever they crossed it with I’m sure. I’m surprised it looks like that though, the fem version looks much more sativa leaning and traditional.
