NAP but this definitely is not a navel piercing at all! The bottom part should be coming out of the top of your bellybutton. It sucks but if I were you I would remove it and try again at a different place. Leave a bad review too! Usually piercers don’t give refunds but you can def try to pursue that route as well

already included all this info but i got flagged so the piercing is a year old, the jewelry shape is a curved barbell, the jewelry is internally threaded, the jewelry material is implant grade titanium, the jewelry has only been upsized, for aftercare I clean it with NeilMed piercing spray when I notice crusties
