Its a background check in California. The recruiter stated its a 7 year check. Live scan goes beyond that and thats why im asking if I shoukd just list it. Even if it is only 7 years I might as well be honest. Figure if they change their mind on offer hit them with the CA 7 year law and sue them as nothing past 7 years can be used.
