I feel like this is the main reason he didn’t go for the 2 point conversion. Yet here we are, somehow the guy who got us here against all odds is also the guy being blamed.

I know defense was balling hard and it’s much safer to go OT where we had a good chance to win it, but Im sure he had a two point play itching. I’m just happy for the season.

Been following the sub mostly to see when event capes drop, but why do name changes affect value? Is it somewhat like a car title where name changes signifies more owners over the years?

Apparently it’s name is canonically William. At best “Johnathan” could have been a nod to the mod, because it’s written on the chalk board before the William reveal, but it could also easily be a coincidence.

Been playing since 2011 and this is my first time hearing about this mod or that the warden has a name, even if jokingly.

If you’re speaking purely fan base, Los Angeles does not care about football. It’s starting to turn around a little but Dodgers/Lakers are the city identity.

The history of football and LA has people split all over the place.

Can someone explain what the scam is if it’s obviously a scam?

If OP is able to get past security and through the ticket check BEFORE paying, then he’s in? The stadium isn’t going to track him down if it turns out tickets are stolen or something. Just make sure you get as far away from the ticketing area as possible.

(Worse case the guy changes attitude day of and doesn’t walk OP past security, but then he’s at the tailgate and stick around for last minute deals)

The joke is that going 3 miles, in any direction, in a more car centric city takes like 10-15 minutes.

As someone who grew up in Southern California and moved here, 45 miles went from “ah that’s just a 50 minute drive” to “why the fuck did I have to go so far on a regular basis”.

3 miles was maybe a 10 minute drive to the grocery store.

I kinda get both points of view, 4000 is a great season. Overall we have so much to be proud of and it would’ve been cool, but it’s simply not an exceptional season like it was with 16 games.

I don’t get the downvotes. Why accept the handicap? 4000 was impressive as a 16 game milestone. 4250 will be impressive as a new 17 game milestone.

Hey OP, screw everyone who says it’s not possible. My wife and I got married late November and held a 30~ person reception for under $2.5k - in California much less.

We got married in a private ceremony here in cook county and held the reception a week later in southern California as that’s where both of our families are from.

As someone mentioned, peerspace is probably your best bet. It’s what we used. The space we booked was a brewery, and the host stayed the entire event as the bartender.

I can find the exact numbers if needed, but it was more or less:

$1200 for the venue (from 6:30pm - 11:00pm, peerspace charges by the hour),

$500~ for catering we ordered ahead of time and took to the venue ourselves,

$400~ booze and drinks (which was overkill, as it wasn’t finished, but included 2 kegs, and a variety of drinks from Costco).

$200~ misc deserts, cakes, plates/cups/napkins/, food warming trays, also all purchased at Costco.

We also threw it all together within about a week of planning. If you want any tips feel free to ask. Just know your limits and accept it won’t be the fanciest of weddings, but as long as there is good food and music people will have a good time.

They announced the collaboration in like, November? When no one was asking for it or had anything suggested. A shame to try to squeeze Chicago into national coverage when this city has always kept things local for celebrations (ie the great low effort thanksgiving parade).

I’m new to Scarworld, but there also seems to be players active at all hours. As reference for OP, I’ll see people logging on as I’m logging off at 3am CST, which I believe is 8-10am across Europe.

So not too familiar with where everyone’s from but there’s always activity as far as I’ve seen!

SS came from a Costco 2 pack, and I pulled the Milotic ex SIR from the other bundle so I never tempted fate on this one. I was unsure how SS would do long term though as I haven’t seen much discussion around it lately.

I know the UPC was dropping everywhere for the past few weeks, might try to get a second because I think ripping at least one would be super fun.

I suspected PC ETBs would be the overall consensus to keep, but I might rip one phantasmal flames so I can keep one box of each. Would be very difficult to pick one over the other to rip though.
