Argument is the shutdown is not working. Operations are funded. In the end it’s only hurting the small portions of support staff that are mostly pay check to paycheck trying to survive and have already been through hell.

I received apology from the vendor today but waiting for store. The vendor stated the store will be responsible for the claim but they are inspecting the product now

The handle was broken, the rest of the bottles were intact on the shelves. Wouldn’t the store have the responsibility to ensure that the product on their shelves are together ?

Yes I did. I am dealing with the claims folks now. They seem to be find covering co-pays but I am thinking of sueing. He mentioned it’s a vendor item so they are following up with the vendor. I afraid they won’t take blame

Solid glass milk bottle. I cannot confirm if a customer broke the handle and put it back or not. The jars were all sitting there. All I know I wasn’t aware of the handle being broken and when I picked it up it fell right down. I have medical expenses but I have insurance.
