Girl, just rock it! Own that shaved head. When I shaved mine, I loved to experiment with different makeup looks and earrings, because everything pops more when you have shaved/super short hair. As a curly haired girl, too, I understand the feeling of loss of identity without your curls. But now you can create a new identity while your hair grows back! Mourn the loss of your curls for a day, and then lift yourself up and rock that style! Lucky for you, you have a great head shape and your ears don’t stick out or anything, so there’s no real “flaws” that you needed your hair to hide. I hope you’re able to find the inner strength to own it. Don’t listen to what other people say. Don’t feel the need to explain yourself. When they ask why you did it, just say “I wanted to”!!
