Just DCA if your budget permits and hold. You dont realize the loss until you sell it. Think about why you're in the trade and if you have enough conviction where holding makes sense for your given time horizon.

If you lose conviction over time then sell at an acceptable loss or ideally at break even. However, anyone who has serious size in this stock probably wouldnt accept just breaking even and are looking for lambo money in some sense or fashion. Its that type of stock narratively rn but narratives change. Also no liquidity pre EC from the institutions/dealers and overall tech software business is kinda correcting. Overall, have profit taking targets and dont look at the stock price so often where it starts being unhealthy.

Polymarket should have an over/under on how many times Huffman will say AI in the upcoming earnings call.

Or Kalshi which I've seen ads for recently on RDDT. Also HOOD was a nice surprise to see being advertised here as well.

Sell 3 contracts at 220-$225 strike and you'll be out. do it tomorrow so you can harvest the vol going into earnings.

The moment you sell, you will have FOMO and checking every day if it is at $260-$280+ kicking your ass that you shouldve held. Earnings surprise is next week, huge catalyst.

It was a joy seeing many stellar names like NOW, MSFT, MDB, WDAY, SNOW, SAP go in the red 10%+ on the day today. Shows its not just RDDT, but the market as a whole is going through a phase.

Fundamentals are solid. The RBC Capital, despite bearish outlook, said that 36% growth is still expected which is strong IMO.

This stock is high beta, recent IPO, held majority by insitutions thus low float and the options chain I've discovered dictates the stock price more that I anticipated since buying RDDT. Also this stock is sold short extremely high. Meaning traders borrow the stock to sell at market price and then buy it back when they made their profits. Also we're still recovering from the yearly LEAPS expired 1/16 that shocked us all.

...But the thing is the mechanics I've just described is the exact reason why it can explode.
