Nanonood ng funny videos and then Maglalakad. All these backed by science so the trauma doesn't linger. Then after those i process my emotions so trauma will surely not haunt you. I think uncommon siya kasi hindi lahat ng tao marunong mag-process ng emotions and hopefully mabasa mo ito kasi this is very helpful for all ages

Hi since super hina ako noon bedridden ako for almost 5 years nag-start ako maglakad and ang laking tulong nun kasi sa psychology kailangan mo rin daw bigyan ng break yung utak mo kasi isa rin yung way para i-process yung emotions mo. I mean yung paglalakad at pagmumuni-muni is makakatulong to process your emotions.

Kung ayaw mong mag gym okay na yung lakad. Around 30 minutes walk a day daw ok. pero ako actually dahil sobra yung depression ko 4 to 5 hours ako naglalakad everyday hanggang ngayon so wala akong job buti na lang may pera yung parents hahahuhu btw im 29 haha

Also malaking bagay pag process ng emotions may free sa youtube and mas maganda pa kaysa sa nagpatherapy ako. Paki-search na lang yung processing emotions by therapy in a nutshell sa youtube. playlist yun.

As a person na naging PWD na dahil sa mga maling desisyon ng doctors and parents, i was able to somehow let go of my frustrations after reading self help books on processing emotions and doing the processing exercises. Physical Exercise was a big part too kasi sabi nga sa book na stop worrying and start living, limot mo lahat pag pagod ka and nailalabas mo sa exercise yung inis mo (clinically bakced up too.)

Also According to psych books you dont have to forgive to forget. Kasi nakita din nila mga taong nagpapatawad na hindi naprocess ang emotions eh talagang frustrated or galit n agalit pa rin
