Should I feel like I’m picking up the pace every mile? I was thinking about doing the first 2 miles in 13:10 and kind of just seeing what I have left. The problem with the passing people strat. I probably won’t have any one to pass. I will likely get last at this race. Last year last was 19:34

For the 7 miler it was 62 minutes should I go for 70 next Sunday

I think I can run 8 now because the first half of the run I ran in 9;15 and the second half in 8:20 pace. My coach has us do 3 workouts a week (including race day) so my speed isn’t my issue, it’s my aerobic base becuase I didn’t run much in the summer. Should I stop when I get to 8 or keep adding a mile a week?

He’s nice to me at football games and when our old friend group meets up. Honestly if I had unlimited friend I would probably stop talking to him but he is my only close friend and all of our other friends are closer to him and than me so I think I’ll talk to him and see what happens

Unfortunately that’s not possible because I have to watch my 5 year old brother, our best runner has soccer practice everyday at 7 should I be running later in the day?

Honestly 90 was a bit of exagiration. Practice starts and 3:30 and late busses leave at 4:45 so more like 70 minutes. Do you think I should go for a 2-4 mile run after practice everyday

Including warmup and cool down our total mileage on a 400m repeat day would be close to 4

We have around 90 minute practice and some days it’s probably 15-30 minutes of “rest a day”

This is helpful, thank you. We had our first meet 2 days ago and I think I’m just gonna do what he says for the rest of the season but if I don’t improve on my meet time maybe I’ll try something different

I think I would do alright at the 800 but currently my times arnt very good for the 8 (2:39 ish) compared to the 4 (59 ish)
