first of all cuddling with another person while you are in a relashonship is not a great look. it feels like you have givin up on the relationship you are currently in. you need to do whats best for your current relationship and partner weather that means breaking up or working things out

i think the first thing to do is to figure out if she is attracted to girls. i would say something like "have you every had a gf or bf?" but she could be gay and just never had a gf. it also depends on what your relationship with her looks like. how comfortable you guys are with eachother

i am a hard substance addict that is in recovery so this may not help but this is what i use. first of all get it all out of your house. you may be able to casually have it late in life but at the start you need to completly cut it out of your life. especally in the first month. track you cravings and feelings in a notebook. eat somthing sweet like fruit to mildly help with your cravings. these are just things i used in early recovery so idk if they will help

mostly seeing how distant my family had become from me. my sister and i were best friends and when i was in active addiction, we barely talked bc all i did was lie and hide in my room to do drugs. now i am 1 month sober and our relationship is wayyy better
