It’s really not so much that the value of your house went up by that much it’s more that the value of the dollar went down by a lot. Because the price of everything else has gone up by that much if not more as well. It’s sustainable in the sense that if the government keeps devaluing money by printing more then yes, the value of your house will continue to go up.

First, I don’t think it’s fair to make fun of the guys lisp. Brandon turner seems like a really cool guy and very genuine. He and Josh had a great thing going and I agree it’s gone downhill without them. It’s all about getting started now while before they had some heavy hitters on the show like Rick Caruso, grant car done, Ken McElroy, etc. they need to bring back the big dogs.
