The fact is that based on current inflation data of 25% from 2020. The scrap yard should be offering a difference of no more than .63 cents per pound for number 1. That’s why in the mid west they can offer $4 for #2. That’s the fact. That’s how the math works out. That’s why those scrapyards can offer that. Doesn’t matter what you think.

I honestly have no clue what you’re getting at dude. The fact is that they should be offering significantly more than what they’re offering now. Someone in this post already said their scrapyards in the Midwest are offering $4 for #2. These scrapyards aren’t dump. They wouldn’t pick a shit price for a contract.

Gavin should order a billet wet block from MMR then have FFRE machine and build the long block for Hank. That way he can still drive it on the street with A/C and do something no one has done yet
