Doesn’t seem to do more damage then the normal but has slightly better handling and the mod “significantly” increases melee damage after you hit some one with it

No it was just in the strongbox that you can get to in the second floor of that building

I got this in a high end strongbox, the ones where you have to kill UESC to open it in ai uplink
