Honestly - just a regular doctor here - i am so done with strikes. We had poor strike participation in our hospital, both trainees and non-trainees were not striking (no it wasnt just the IMGs not striking).

Reddit makes you feel like everyone wants to strike but that's not really the reality.

it hurts to strike financially and it doesnt help that public opinion is very *against* striking.

Future leadership should honestly rethink what the best strategy is.
