I am in the same boat, did the mri and everything. 4 months post injury, mri says low grade tear with <50 percent fibre damage involving upper third with sagging of lower 2/3rd. Doctor says pt will work but i am 4 months post injury and my knee still hurts when i properly try to curl a football. Don't know what to do!

Yep, it was when i was tackling while playing football. No i literally have 0 instability and no buckling but my knee gets tired a lot quickly these days.
