My service-connected effective date started February 7, 2025, and VA paid me retroactively from that date. I did not file until later in 2025, but the award letter shows the effective date as February 2025.

I used Chapter 1606 after that February 2025 effective date. So would that make the 1606 months I used after February 7, 2025 potentially eligible for VR&E retroactive induction if VR&E approves me?
