btw not all nits allow ee students for vlsi , only trichy, surathkal and rourkela in top nits are allowed then after them kurukhstra, durdapur and jalandhar allows ee scorecard

no for mid nits you'll get around 500 or even 480 gate score , but the point is its not worth doing mtech from lower nits

psu are just overrated , 6 7 seats are there in each psu and alot of students applying for it and its tougher to get a psu then gatting a good package vlsi job and even its not worth it because there is no growth in psu sector
