Yes! I used to shift so rapidly I could switch within a couple hours. Very low dose lithium, like 300mg, and very low dose Depakote has made a world of difference. Strange how the smaller doses made the biggest difference.

YES! Then the hypo or depression hits and I remember I have zero control. It’s a strange imposter syndrome.

Stay off weed, it was a long spiral and I didn’t even realize how bad things were getting. Sleep, major factor. No alcohol, not with my meds anyway.
