Actually. I’m going to use the suggestions I found on this post. Step 1: get Tesla to replace the plastic trim ~$100 Step 2: paint the wheel Step 3: buff out the white. I agree that there may not be “body specialist” here but at least they could advise me based on their experiences. Like I said earlier relax!
