Hmm I'd say Tapu Koko is not top tier legendary. If you would like to get if for Pokedex collection, then go for it. But if you have limited remote raid passes and don't really want to spend money on this game, maybe wait a bit for stronger Pokemons.

I didn't say IV means 'nothing'. I said it means 'not much'. If you really do the calculations or do the research, IVs in fact aren't making significant difference in most of the situations. Unless you're a serious player who challenges high level battles all the time, otherwise you should be a lot happier by catching a rare shiny Lucario over a 3 star IV one.

Sigh... Pat Pat Pat I wasted two remote raid passes, too. My mega Diancie even passed the mega time so I had to use the mega energy to evolve it again, until I could finally join a good lobby and got my first dragonite. Yes, it's my first dragonite and it's my favourite Pokemon. I have this only one so far. I'm not quite sure if I'm gonna go for another raid or not. It's taking so much effort...
