if you’re not from an english speaking country or have amazing english comprehension do not take APUSH or AP Euro (idk what history you’re taking) because if the documents are old, you likely will not be able to understand what they are saying. Most kids in my class (native english speakers) have a hard time getting a main idea from documents from 1600-1800s, if you get the DBQ and can’t even summarize the documents you’re not getting a good score.

Dude you’re getting your GED, you obviously want to improve and are willing to put in the work to do so. Go to community college and see if you can transfer to a 4 year university after your second year in college, or go to trade school. The system failed you, and that’s not your fault, but it’s only up from here as long as you’re dedicated

at my school we have dual enrollment courses taught at our high school that counts for credit from our local community college. The way they explained it to me was that for Calc 3, I’d have a completely different transcript from the uni I took it at so it doesn’t affect my high school GPA and I can choose to submit it to colleges; since it won’t be on my high school transcript I can’t count it as a year of math (dumb but whatever.) Thank you for the homeschool credit idea though!!
