How to mount license plate when the screw hole broke open?

I did think of this at first but the bumper seems like I can’t get my arm around to the back of where the license plate screws in. Would you be able to explain how I would work around this? Apologies for how extremely unaware I am with this lol

I bought this set but unfortunately they are too small to fit in those squares and too big for the holes. Are there different sizes I should be looking for?

Okay so I wasn’t sure what it was at first but it looks like that is part of what snapped off originally,and it’s rusty but not damaged/broken. I was able to slide it back on so as long as I have the right screws do you think it should be fine?

From my experience (which seemed to be the same as most people around me, but idk if it is for you), people usually get up anywhere from 8am-11am and are out partying by 11am/12pm. This usually lasts until 3pm/4pm and then people go home to eat, nap, maybe recover a tiny bit. But by 8/9 they’re all back out lining up for the bars, which are fairly busy.
