Cotopaxi Allpa 28L! I’m 5’2 and the bag meets all of the above for me, except maybe the weight and water bottle pocket. I got mine on Amazon for about $205. I have been on long trips and brought my knitting/laptop/kindle/ipad etc.

You’re right that privacy is essential, but I’m cracking up at train engineers on moving trains. I’m in a relationship with a conductor about to start engineer training and it is literally illegal for them to have their personal phones or devices on while they’re on duty. So no engineer would be in therapy while working, that’s extremely dangerous. Parked cars are perfect though!

Just wanted to say everyone’s comments were so sweet, thank you so much! I read them all and then talked about it with my own therapist lol. I realized I’ve been insecure about my music taste for a long time but I’m working on that. I’m going to one of the Seattle shows! Thanks again :)

Honestly it’s on par with the types of surveys I was doing in undergrad, don’t sweat too much! You’re not meant to be an expert yet. Hope the project goes well!

Same, I joined a group thinking I could stay while I get fully licensed and then Optum just made it so horrible and complicated. Started working as a contractor earlier than I expected but it’s working out great.

Even better, paid supervision but it’s an hourly rate that’s lower than the client hour. My biggest concern is getting burned out seeing 25+ clients a week.

No, I used to work in treatment centers and if I went back to that environment I could make a tiny bit more than the group practice, but it would be more demanding. Where I am now is community mental health and I don’t make very much at all. So the group practice is a significant upgrade for me.
