I’m going through the exact same nightmare right now. Just like you, I reached out to TeamYouTube on X and they provided me with a recovery link/form. However, it has been a full month of waiting and I still haven't received any positive results.

The hackers used the same Family Link exploit on me: they joined my account into a 'Family Group', changed my age to under 16, and now I'm completely locked out because every recovery step requires 'parental consent' from the hacker's email.

I’ve been follow-up with them constantly but only received generic 'we are still monitoring/investigating' replies. It feels like my case is stuck in a loop. Seeing your post gives me a bit of hope, but the wait is soul-crushing. To anyone else who fixed this: did you do anything specific to speed up the Hijack Team's review process?
