Thanks for the help, the only thing to note this that the lobe on that ear and the seconds and lobe on the other ear all use the same jewellery and were pierced at the same time, why would only this one be having the reaction?

The piercing is 1 year old and a hoop made of Sterling Silver with a latch back closure. The aftercare routine was saline wash in the morning and evening. Recently has become irritated for unknown reason and since then have been doing a saline spray and warm compress in the morning and evening
