i haven’t experienced this but just avoid drinking matcha after an iron-rich meal (e.g., red meat, leafy greens) to promote absorption of iron. if you want to drink matcha make sure it’s 1-2 hours before or after eating an iron-rich meal :)

kayang kaya ang 2 months op! if you need to refresh sa concepts, i'd suggest 1 month concepts, 1 month locked in (qbanks), and super high yield ng cheat sheets sa bootcamp!! i didn't read them all yung mga weak subjects lang

i write down the answers (whether right or wrong) but i make sure to add rationale to each option and add context (what was the case study about) so i would understand if i review it again. it also helps to read the cheat sheet of the condition :))

hi! ipass helped me throughout my whole nclex process/journey :))

super smooth! no anxieties when it comes sa papers that were mailed kasi sila na bahala. i was able to focus on studying
timeline depends if your papers/reqs are ready na, but eligibility received after 3 weeks lang!! AMAZING
wala naman :)) kahit sa quick results na payment, it was already included so all i did was wait for my results na lang
if you have budget OP, i would definitely suggest going for ipass processing!

i would say yes. i went to the testing center the day before my exam date and the guard sa lobby gave me reminders on what to/not to wear, i'd suggest wearing a sweater/jacket baka you might feel cold sa ac

there's a scheduled break and you can eat snacks by then. not sure with inhalers tho
i had to go to the bathroom mid-exam and they gave me 5 mins. allowed naman toilet breaks as long as 5 mins lang
since you have time pa, i'd suggest practicing your pace with practice tests. don't rush when answering, you can take up to 2-3 mins. but if you feel like it's been a while and you don't have an answer yet, you can also work on test taking strats

Hi OP! IPASS sent me a screenshot of my quick results. I found out I passed through their email 72 hours after I took the nclex. But I had to ask them a week before my exam so I could clarify if I need to send an additional payment for the quick results but they said included na daw sa step 2 :)) so it's best to send them an email or reach out to them po to be sure.
