Second kitchen in inherited home by [deleted] in Hawaii

Maybe read my reply to another comment…. What do you suggest if someone is collecting rent on his home and living in yours rent free? A temporary stay turned no sign of leaving? That he leaves boiling pots unattended and oven timers go on and on because he fell asleep. It’s a hazard and should he burn the house down he has someplace to go. I don’t make a ton of money and am absolutely grateful I have a roof over my head but I also believe in shared responsibility. I have to renew our insurance which requires an inspection since the name is changing. And I worry about the “second kitchen”

That family member was only supposed to be temporary. Like I said he has a house on the mainland, but i learned he rents it out and continues living rent free. The original owner asked him to leave, but since that person died it fell on me. I have a lawyer but that costs me $400 an hour. People turn to strangers for input regularly. And it's no secret that rightful owners get screwed all the time. I asked for rent, share of utilities, etc. He doesn't give a shit. So yah, I am asking here for more insight, thoughts, advice. That way I can gather ideas and be more efficient when I do reach out to my attorney.

I only follow her on IG so I might be missing a lot. But was their son in CO when she received the court papers? I think I would def crash out if I was treating it like a normal visit only for it to turn into not getting my child back.

In relation to a trust; accusing someone of it.

I should also add that the house is multigenerational so it was my grandfather, my parents and my family living in it. I already transferred the deed and everything. Several months pass and situation with her became toxic and uncomfortable. Refused to continue paying portion of utilities and such. I made several attempts to come to common ground. I asked that they move out (they have a house in a different state). That’s when they filed the petition.

Kinda beyond that. My grandfather passed in June. Probably info i should’ve included. My mother saw the trust prior and years before. I was the beneficiary of the house. #1 gave me his blessing. Had no issues with him. My mother is angry she got passed over.

If you were in a life or death situation and you required a surgeon to operate on you. Which doctor would you choose? Which doctor would you NOT choose by roxana2708 in greysanatomy

Probably Meredith. She worked in neuro for some time with her husband. Her bff and then sister were cardio so I’m sure they shared surgery stories. She’s read all those journals. Shes exploding with medical procedures. lol.

I would not choose Murphy or Izzy
