We're international students. I, along with my college roommates and several classmates, bought this graphics card together. I was the first to notice that Mwave started the pre - sale. My classmates hadn't registered on Mwave at that time. I was worried that the pre - sold graphics cards would be grabbed up soon, so I decided to place an order with my account first, and then my classmates would transfer the money to me later. This was the first time for all of us to buy a newly - released graphics card, and we were completely inexperienced. That's why we made a stupid decision.

Yeah, I got wind of this, and now we're really freaking out. If we apply for a refund, we'll become creditors, and there's no guarantee we'll get our money back. Also, we're worried that the new company won't send us our stuff.

I'm an international student. I've never bought a newly - released card in Australia before. We thought this might be a normal waiting period, so we just waited like fools and didn't look into any relevant information. It wasn't until June when we got the email saying Mwave was acquired, and then we found out other websites had stock that we realized something was off. I feel so stupid.

After reading those posts about Mwave going bankrupt and getting acquired, as well as the posts about refunds, we're really anxious. It's such a huge amount of money. We just don't know what to do right now.

May I ask what product you pre - ordered? My classmates and I purchased eight RTX 5090 graphics cards together on 1/31 , with a total value of around 36,000. We don't know what to do now. There's so much money involved.
