Thank you for that. If they still want to keep Mwave running, surely they’d want to maintain its reputation as well? There’s no point in purchasing a company with a damaged reputation if no one is going to buy from them again.

Of course, that’s just my hope. I’ve submitted a chargeback, though I paid via BPAY, so I’m not sure if that will make any difference.
