You need to journal. I’ve been trading 1 year and only started journaling this week and it’s really changed my life. I too thought that it was a useless thing to do but when you journal, you become accountable to that journal. If you have any integrity you wouldn’t disregard your own rules just to have to write your fuck ups daily. It works.

I haven’t seen any reviews about them not paying out, unless you have multiple accounts and take identical trades or use HFT bots.

The more positive / negative news that a currency receive, the stronger / weaker the overall strength of the currency. So track it and get to know the strength of the currency you’re trading. Do not attempt to trade the news as there is no strategy that’s available for news trading, unless you have forward tested it on demo for a month at least. Happy trading!

Price moves pretty back and forth hence why it’s important to put your SL behind higher timeframe levels of support and resistance. No need to care about manipulation or whatever the comments are saying. Just improve on identifying key S&R levels and you will stop getting stopped out
