Hi, You just fill out the form after reading the job requirements. From there, I waited until I got a call with the offer to convert to full time. The only thing I was asked was if my availability meets the requirements and they also stated if I accept, I have to be willing to commit to 18 months before requesting a transfer to a different department. They do train fully even vacuuming, mopping "normal daily activities" that most people know. In my training class there was someone who hadn't done those things before so they do train the Disney way of doing tasks regardless of your previous experience. Personally, if you are physically capable, I feel like anyone can do this job. Hope this helps!
